How are Shipping Charges Calculated?

Orders will be shipped by UPS or Parcel Post.

Do you accept telephone, mail and fax orders?

Yes, for our contact information check out our Contact Us section.

For mail and fax orders, use our online catalog to prepare and print your order. You do not need to complete the last step by submitting your order. Just be sure to either complete the credit card information section for online ordering, or attach a check or money order along with your printed order form for mail ordering.

What about Sales Tax?

Sales tax is calculated at 6.00% for all orders shipping to Florida. Sales tax is not included in orders shipping to other destinations.

What is your return policy?

We take pride in all of our products. You may return items by calling us within 30 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied in any way. View our Return Policy for more information.

We want to assure you that personal information about our customers collected from orders placed with us will not be sold or rented to third parties. We may contact you from time to time to inform you about improvements to the site, new products, or other information relating to the arthritis community in general.

Shopping at GripAdvantage.com is easy. If you see a product you like, simply add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the appropriate icon. Remember, you can always remove the item later. When you're finished, just click on Checkout.

Does GripAdvantage offer Gift Orders?

Yes, we do send gift orders. However, for security reasons the phone number or e-mail address of the payer has to be stated under billing information in the order from. This enables GripAdvantage to check back with the payer (when billing and shipping address is not the same) to be sure that a stolen Credit Card is not being used.

Remember to type the desired greeting for the gift in the assigned box on the order form.
